Your personal data is protected in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and is used only by the reservation department of Vihren Royal Palace.
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Therefore, we treat your information strictly on the basis of relevant legislation, specifically GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA).
We do not disclose data to third parties, with the exception of specialized booking software and the payment service provider processing the payment. In the event of an incomplete order, we delete the data entered for that order. Following the conclusion of an order and our fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we preserve any data connected to the legal connection for the 10-year term specified in Article 12 of the Accounting Act (AA).
For what purposes are the personal data provided processed?
The data provided is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations regulating the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the requirements established by the Tourism Act.
This information will be used solely in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for any other purposes.
The information that users enter on the hotel’s website may include name, surname, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address for correspondence and any other information that users provide when requesting, receiving or using the services provided by “Hotel Management Bansko” EOOD.
Hotel Vihren Royal Palace guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of its users, declaring that they will not be used for purposes other than their intended purpose:
- Providing products and information about prices and services;
- Processing the reservation and its payment;
- Issuing an invoice;
- Providing information about new services and products, individual promotional offers, etc.

The information collected from cookies is usually used in aggregate form to analyse user behaviour on the Website, which allows us to improve the functionality of the Website, the user paths and the content used.
Hotel policy
- The hotel has 24-hour security, video surveillance, and controlled access at the entrance and exit.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, each guest is required to present an identity document for registration.
- The equipment in each room is checked before arrival and after departure;
- Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items in the rooms in which they are accommodated. Any damage will be charged to the guest;
- Items left behind by guests are stored for up to 6 months, and the courier fees for their return are covered by their owners.
- Rooms are cleaned every day from 08:00 to 17:00
- Cooking in the accommodation premises is prohibited;
- Bringing outside persons onto the hotel premises is prohibited;
- Guests are not allowed to enter the service areas;
- It is prohibited to bring weapons, flammable and explosive items into the hotel;
- Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed upon prior arrangement and payment of an additional fee. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the Relax Center, and the children’s playground. In the common areas, they must be kept on a leash and not left unattended. Guests with pets must leave information at the reception desk regarding a convenient time for the housekeeping department to clean the room.
- Private cars can be parked in the underground car parking with controlled access for an additional fee.
- The hotel management is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables left unattended by guests.
- In order to ensure order and safety in the hotel, the following is prohibited:
- Making noise and playing loud music after 22:30
- Smoking in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. In case of violation, a fee of 100 euros will be added to the room bill;
- Transferring the key card to third parties;
- Removing and moving furniture from the rooms;
- Violation of generally accepted norms of behavior, aggressive behavior and/or actions that endanger the health and property of others;
- Damage to hotel property.
